Geranium essential oil helps with symptoms of PMS and hormonal imbalance. Lavender and Vetiver help to calm the mind and keep one grounded. This synergy can be put into a diffuser before and during your cycle to keep a calm vibe. You can also add Code Red to a Northridge Oak carrier oil and rub on your  abdomen to help relieve menstrual cramps during a menstrual cycle.
